Reach Community Church exists to serve our community through Christian worship, teaching, discipleship and outreach.

• Make voluntary donations.
• Register and pay for conferences, camps, seminars and other events.
Each event or service page contains a full description of what is being provided, together with any applicable conditions of registration.
2. Payment Currency
All prices and payments made through this website are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).’

Where applicable, pricing includes:

3.1 Donations
• Donations are voluntary contributions that help fund the ministry, mission and community activities of Reach Community Church.
• Donations are processed immediately once payment has been authorised.
• Unless required by law or where an error has occurred, donations are generally non-refundable.
3.2 Event Registrations
When registering for an event:
• confirmation will normally be sent immediately after successful payment;
• event details will be emailed prior to the event where appropriate;
• if an event is postponed, cancelled or significantly changed, registered participants will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where Reach Community Church cannot deliver an event within the advertised timeframe, participants will be advised of the revised arrangements and any available refund or transfer options.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts and are generally non-refundable.
If you believe a donation has been processed incorrectly or in error, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
4.2 Event Registrations
Refunds for events are subject to the cancellation policy published for each event.
Where Reach Community Church cancels an event, participants will normally be offered one of the following:
• a full refund;
• transfer to another event; or
• a credit where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through Westpac Merchant Services.
Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout using the approved payment logos.
